  • not brown, not tasty looking at all. Why didn't you remove the chicken from the pan and then caramelize the veg? Looks bland and rubbery.

  • @PABSTMAN138 'cause it's not the original recipe, the flavours of meat and vegetables should blend together... anyway, it doesn't come out bland or rubbery at all!

  • I really dislike the narrator's voice for these videos.

  • i love to watch cooking stuff to make myself hungry :d

  • If I wasn't already married I would beg you to marry me !!!!!!!! Best of Luck and keep the vids comming !!!

  • I was wondering where you film these. Is it a cooking school of some sort or just somebody's kitchen? I think the recipes are very good and the production value is remarquable!

  • @PlatypusGuitar It's a sort of office... there are other people working with me to film these recipes, thanks for the compliments!

  • i like mine with onions and peppers...

  • looks good :D

  • essa porra ta crua!!

  • wayyyy too much makeup Dx

  • not tasty... for me. I prefer yours pasta recipes.

  • why did they replace sonia with this cakeface?

  • Yeah, where's Sonia?? *cries* she's my favourite host!

  • Didn't know Cacciatora was an English word. Not even after 5 years in Dublin...

  • @76tombecker what has being in dublin got to do with Cacciatore being an english word? its a translation theyre never accurate

  • @76tombecker Pollo Alla Cacciatora in italian, but Chicken Cacciatore in english. Thats like saying

    Its Roma

    Not rome

  • it was a gd vid but i personally dont look how it looked :/ it looked better before the red wine was added :/

  • That chicken looks gross. D:

  • i don't want to use wine or any alcohol.can it be replace by other ingredient?any suggestion

  • @maysih87

It's not the true dish, but, I use chicken broth instead many times. Still good. ;)

  • @OMisTerMan thank you

  • @maysih87 non alcoholic wine is perfect as a substitute. I used it in a risotto and if anything it tasted better!

  • @maysih87 Use non-alcoholic wine if you can find it. Otherwise try without, even if the recipe should need it

  • @maysih87 Yes. Try using Balsamic Vinegar / Water or stock (Lo or No Salt!) in a 1/3 & 2/3 ratio instead of the Wine; You don't use the best stuff for this either. Regular Balsamic will do fine.

  • looks delicious! the woman is wearing wayy to much blussh here tho! :|

  • It's Cacciatora (alla Cacciatora)....not cacciatore...

  • Comment removed

  • @76tombecker Its Pollo Alla Cacciatora in Italian or Chicken Cacciatore in English

    saying

its cacciatora not cacciatore is like saying "Its Roma not Rome"

  • Very good and easy to make! Just personal taste, but, I use chicken quarters with basil. The secret is the slow simmer.

  • Nice.

  • Where is Sonia ?? :(

  • wow, this looks really great :]
