Following his very long career in F1, bad things is impossible not to appear... Senna had bad moments being far too agressive on track, Mansel, Prost, everyone... You people, who see only the few bad moments in Schumacher and not his brilliant ability to be at the top, are just stupid and driven by frustration towards a Champion model which you will know you`ll never be. @jay18fan he set the provisional pole position time for qualifying 3 and was on for pole position. fernando alonso, his title rival, was on his fast lap. michael parked his car at rascasse (but made it look lilke a crash) and this meant alonso had to slow because the yellow flags were out. and when the yellow flags are out you cant set your fastest time in that sector (for some stupid reason). schuey was demoted to the back of the grid and finished the race 5th. i am a schumacher fan btw

@jay18fan schumacher for me is the greatest f1 driver of all time. i would say lewis hamilton is the best overtaker of all time. for overtaking, i dont care what anyone says, he is untouchable. in hungary 07 alonso remained stationary in his pit box so hamilton couldnt set a time in quali 3. schumacher idolised senna. alonso idolised schumacher (and hamilton does i think truthfully) so they are all very similar in mentality - schumacher always pushing the rules that bit more though

This is no different from what Alonso did to Hamilton in the pits of Hungary 2007......Please realize people in order to win Championships you need a beast-like attitude. @LouieGee I do know about what happened to Senna and Prost in '89..I was jsut using that Suzuka incident as an example. OK Senna had a right for some revenge in '90...but it still was not the "Right" thing to do...even the greatest are sometimes victims of expressing emotions on track.

Not only Prost crashed into him, Balestre "robbed" the '89 championship from him as he managed to win the race but was unfairly disqualified. In '90, he argued that the pole should be on the left, clean side of the track, as it is most fair with whoever worked hard to get the pole (continues).

The FIA did know. Sometimes in season, and with no evidence, sometimes after the season. But they knew. It is how this great spectacle has always worked. What has changed is the demands of the fans. In such technological sports, what was considered acceptable has changed. It just has. Today we demand their heads. Then, it was seen as sport, to get away with what you could. Today we call it cheating but a while ago it was called "trying to make your car go faster".
when has eg kimi raikkonen done anything like this? there are some drivers who fight fair, and they know that nobody is ultimately THE BEST driver. there's a bunch of very good drivers in f1, and everyone of them needs the circumstances to be in their favor to be the champion, ie the best. nico rosberg, kimi raikkonen, hamilton, massa, vettel, kubica, alonso etc... all of those guys could win the title, and deserve it. Fact is that Schumi became 3rd in the 93 championship, while Senna was 4th (and 93 was Schumi's real first season). In 94 MS won all races against Senna.

The FIA did know. Sometimes in season, and with no evidence, sometimes after the season. But they knew. It is how this great spectacle has always worked. What has changed is the demands of the fans. In such technological sports, what was considered acceptable has changed. It just has. Today we demand their heads. Then, it was seen as sport, to get away with what you could. Today we call it cheating but a while ago it was called "trying to make your car go faster".

when has eg kimi raikkonen done anything like this? there are some drivers who fight fair, and they know that nobody is ultimately THE BEST driver. there's a bunch of very good drivers in f1, and everyone of them needs the circumstances to be in their favor to be the champion, ie the best. nico rosberg, kimi raikkonen, hamilton, massa, vettel, kubica, alonso etc... all of those guys could win the title, and deserve it. (and btw only one of those guys wants no competition from his own team mate)

he turned too tight and tried to correct, but the angle was too much for the wheels to turn. then think about it, why would he jeprodise his race for 1 grid possition. he ended up at the back of the grid and virtually the championship at the end.

He straightend the wheel at the STUPIDEST time... All he had to do was turn the wheel, but he staighend it until it was too late, then tried to turn.

stop the video at exactly 52 secs and check the rear tyres and how close it was to the barrier. if he hadn't straightened the wheals he would've hit it. check the onboard view and the sound of the tyres while he was understearing.

However, it is also worth mentioning that in US'03 JPM was fighting with Schumi for the title and had the same "normal" accident with Rubens. JPM was penalized for that was automatically removed from the contention
