um...i love mariah, but some of these performances u included she lipsynched...the AMA performance of I Stay In Love, Loving You Long TIme, her american idol performance of Bye Bye she lipsynched the last part of the song...so lets be correct lol
@dc3fan2003 non of those were lipped, u probably think those are lipped because they sound too similar to the studio version but they are not lipped that's how mariah can still do it live!

@JamieCleaton1 fly like a bird definitely isn't lipped because it didn't sound that good the whole song. and in bye bye its REALLy similar but there are tiny parts that she holds a little longer than the track. it just proved that she's still got it. i know its close but its not lipped and i was suspicious of i stay in love but i dont think it was because her muscles are all clenched when she does the ending belts.

@Randomize007 She performed it at The Summer Krush Groove Concert in the beginning of August in 2008. It was in Hollywood and 2 of the performances (including this one) aired on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The concert was free and part of a series of free concerts by Krush 93.5 the radio station.

I love her but I'm not afraid to admit the truth unlike some people. Regardless of whether it's due to her age or just vocal damage it's still true. And before you click reply to argue with me go watch some old performances of her singing in the 90's and then watch some of her singing those classics in 2008 and up.

I agree with most of what your saying, I think her vocals on TEOM are some of her best ever i.e. Mine Again, and Stay The Night. Her voice between 2005-2006 wasn't that different then her previous prime years other than the fact the transitions between her voices weren't as smooth and it broke easier, but the tone and power was fully there.
