As a graphic designer I understand the need. I'm not saying packaging is a terrible thing. I'm saying that it sucks they ratchet the price for what is most likely shovelware. I just feel that the increase in price shouldnt be such a drastic jump for a shoddy piece of art and a case. Look at Oblivion:Shivering Isle. It's the same price weather you get it from XBL or at the store in a case. There is no reason for these other companies to over charge.

Well the answer to that is quite simply that people shouldn't buy BS like this for the Wii when they could just as easily play it for free via flash. One Dollar is too much to spend to play this regardless of whether it comes packaged or digitally. Especially so considering (despite popular opinion) there are alot of great but under appreciated games for the Wii.
