@TheIrishTwit I've only seem 3 eps. It's on my ever growing list of anime to watch. I'm getting more into scifi and less into anime....AKA watching Outlaw Star XD
@ShimmeringFae Artist & Craftsman Supply - University District - Seattle, WA has the most high quality clays. make sure it's light weight air dry. When I'm on a low budget I just use a Joann's coupon and buy a big bulk tub of model magic. It works well enough.
@rtye4 I could have shaped the other side but I was lazy (and the tool I used only allows of shaping one side). I suppose you could sand it down at an angle (with an electric sander of course) or use a different tool. You don't need a different thickness.
@KoujiRenamon Sorry for the late reply...air dry foam clay is more spongy s "less breakable" than other air dry clays (which dry to a hard crackable shell)...model magic, heart clay, paper clay, and the like
Not long, you have to give yourself plenty of time for drying the clay and multiple layers of paint, it probably took me a month to make the whole thing...
are you a soul eater fan?

I live in the Seattle area as well, where do you buy your paper clay? The Joann site doesn't have any of the ones you listed.
