I don't think it was ever intended to make it commercially available as a cd but I believe that it was Rena Fruchter who made it happen in 2001. It is actually a cut down version of the concert as it was 90 minutes long.

He did play "And the Same to You" on the Farewell Gala of Beyond the Fringe. It was the only film of the troupe ever recorded.
