  • your good bro

  • Lovely! Did you used any progressions to learn the Tong Fei (Btwist)? Its one of the most graceful moves in gymnastics.

  • @hbtracer Not really. My butterfly actually isn't very good. I just started throwing the Tong Fei. It took quite a while to get it consistent though.

  • That was some seriously impressive stuff. There's a lot of power in the majority of your moves there and a standing pike back? Seriously?!

  • @madcol The standing back pike is actually pretty easy. The back half is what's hard.

  • Nice!, I'm not an expert but when you try standing full jump higher, you could easily land it :). And some of those combos we're pretty sick! :)))

  • wow how do you do that im a diver and im 8 and i can only do a standing frontflip and backflip but i have to land on a mat

  • tricking is the light

  • you should get into tricking!! u look soo tight need to loosen up

  • best standing front !!! :D

  • dude amazing !

  • Strange ending ?

  • BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY TWISTS, TONG FEI

  • O_O Wow, you're handstand back handspring full looks amazing.

  • wow :O

  • omg I love the butterfly thing! so graceful

  • That split looked like it hurt your nuts XD

  • duuudee your beast !

  • Amazing, many stuck landings!

Try an Arabian instead of half twist, it may be easier to stick

  • @nikirififo Thanks. I was trying for the standing Arabian, but I twist too late.

  • Can you give me some tip on front flip layout, please?

  • Possibly. Do you have any videos of you trying them? I have no idea what your skill level is.

  • @red666A drive your heels back really really hard and hollow it up! Picture a hollow back layout that opens to swan at the end, and do it backwards.

Also, toes in front on take off and convert your forward momentum upwards + drive your heels.

  • Set up on the standing full you are rushing which drives you right to the ground.

Also.. for your arabians... they are super hard to land if you do a late half twist.. try and half twist on the way up.. and then front flip.. a lot easier!

    Good job.

    Giacomo

  • Thanks for the advice. The back halves were supposed to be Arabians, but they didn't turn out that way.

  • Really get the half on the way up.. because then it feels like a super high standing front tuck. It's all about the setting up!

    G

  • you're amazing. and so skinny ! lol. :)

  • Wow nice split!!!!

  • Also, I really liked the handstand to backhandspring full, I might have to try that!!

  • Wow man, this is all great stuff, you have so much power in your standing moves and the standing full attempts were really good too. I am also really impressed with your flexibility; its amazing for someone your age!

  • Thanks, but "for someone your age"? You make it sound like I'm old or something! ;-)

  • Haha; I didn't mean it like that; it's just natural flexibility deteriorates from the age of 10; so it is very impresssive to have such good flexibility at 21. Me and my friend Andy are probably the only two over 10's in our gym who can do splits all the way down.

  • I know you didn't (hence the winking smiley). I was just messing with you.

It is possible to stay flexible well into your 70s and 80s if you don't let yourself become a sedentary couch potato.

Are you interested in a short flexibility video of some of the stuff I can still do at the ripe old age of 21?
