@BettaFiend It is 5 gallons but it looks insanely small on camera :)

@thegman2298 It's Happened to me before so i would recommend the hood but it's not fully needed!
@Fishmaster248 I know but it doesnt mean all bettas would do that. to test it you stick it in a cup without a lid. next day if it is in the tank instead of the cup, he/she is a jumper.
