@Dhimmicrats He denied the claims that "terrorists" attack the US because they're jealous of our wealth and freedom. When investigators look into a criminal case, one of the things they want to find is motive. Has the US done anything that would possibly instigate an attack or anger the peoples of these nations? Absolutely. The greatests statesmen in our history such as Jefferson and Washington warned of showing favoritism to one nation over another and entanglement in foreign affairs.
"no form of government, not even one that respected it's constitutional restraints, ...would magically create a problem free society" of course not, there's no MONEY in it. however, the 'power elite' seem to see nothing but profit in a problem society.
I thought Ron Paul was a joke UNTIL I saw him in an interview. Within 10 minutes, I told my wife..."THAT'S who I'm voting for!" It's sad that there is only one person in Washington that represents the American people.
Ron Paul needs to be studied by scientists world wide from his DNA to his upbringing so we can find out what exactly makes him an totally honest and incoruptable public servant.
Then we clone him so we can have him represent all politician's seats in all state and federal government positions. That would truly be a utopia lol.
Amazing, A congressman that gives "We The People" a heads-up on weekly events in Washington. A congressman that takes no bribes nor gives any favors to lobbyists (like our past and current president)...And John McCain called himself a "maverick." What a country full of crazy loons.
dragonflychainsaw, Please elaborate. Of what " double talking " are you inferring? ( inferring; To conclude from evidence or premises. ) I would love to know. Thanks.
Judging by dragonflychainsaw's silence, one must conclude that there are no "specifics". I truly wish people would do a little research before they made such ignorant statements. Someone might read what he says and take it a face value. By the way, thanks for the backup. :-) Peace.
The new Copenhagen threat is critical I was hoping he would address that but didn't. Perhaps it's because Senate is to vote on treaties but certainly the problem is going to affect us all.
Dr. Paul seems careful to say that gov doesn't create problems... very diplomatic but not at all true. The hegelian tactic is well entrenched and even tacit involvement is still involvement and is called accessory or aid to crime.
He's biding his time. I mean he really doesn't have much of a choice. What would you have him do? Quit? Then what voice would we have in Washington? None.
I know brother. I know he's the best we have and I'm probably one of his biggest supporters but that doesn't preclude me from, what I hope is, critical thinking.
He has addressed this in the past. There is simply too much going on to address everything in every speech. He is concerned with it on several fronts, unConstitutionality, attacks on sovereignity and terrible economic impacts.
Ah this is the same Ron Paul that said the Islamics don't attack up because of our life styles... Which is completely untrue.

It's pretty simple. Ron doesn't care about personal benefit.
Ron is happy with he has. I believe that he cares about the well being of everyone around him, before him self.
I think that the family orientated childhood he had was the thing that made him this person.
I hope to see the day where he becomes president of the United States of America.

Thank you Ron Paul for being one of the few people in the WH that is fighting for our freedom.

0:51 "Most, if not all, of what Washington is doing is what created the problems in the first place."
2:06 "Instead, new laws are constantly needed to fix the problems that previous unconstitutional laws created."
2:40 "...stepped out of their Constitutional bounds and started pretending to solve our problems for us, yet all we have for it is more problems."
He very clearly says "government creates problems".
