Can anyone explain me if in US Foreign Companies can get in a privatizing auction? Can they (foreign) administrate US public companies, roads and services?
yes really since our tax dollars already paid for them and they want to "toll" us just to maintain them when they screwed with the highway trust fund (which pays for road and bridge work)..

--and if ur refering to tolling then diverting funds to other projects, the Mass turnpike auth. is being sued by 1000's of users both in and out of state after the t.p. authority divered over $400 million from the turnpike to pay off Bostons mounting debt
Dems haven't done anything of note! All they want to do is dole out handouts instead of doing more to make people responsible for themselves and how they spend money.
