Sometimes outsourced customer service can be just as bad as an automated machine. They will just repeat the same scripted answers over and over again. They don't have any reasoning to solve the problem, only a script.

okay this is weird i pressed this video after watching his black friday one and he says they say doing something over and over again leads to insanity and i noticed it was on 36O p and i switched it to 48O an error occured and it switched it back to 36O and replayed and again it said they say that doing something over and over again leads to a form of insanity and i kept trying to switch it like 4 more times and an error kept occuring and everytime it would repeat the same message lol!
