I have no doubt that this simple apparatus would make anyone stronger, and build greater endurance, than much of the expensive stuff in fancy gyms.

suggestion, chainlink has less of a weight test. i would get some galv. wire. and for the rings, you could buy the rings to a play set, they usally hold a test of 500 pounds. but A for effort on the affordable rings.
