I tell the whole story in my review of the gerber exout knife, but in sdhort after an accident I was upside down and in order to get otu of the car I needed to cut off my jammed seatbelt which kept me in the car...I was upside down and coudl have easiyl passed out from the blood rushing to my head...I say almost saved my life since it helepd me ALOT but didnt actually save my life, know what I mean..?
