We complain about our government, but on reflection I think they've given us more then governments give ppl in other nations. There's a lot of room for improvements, but compared to eastern european and third world nations, I know where I'd rather live.

Also, in usa, if ppl don't have health care insurance for instance, they don't have the same security net as in eu nations.

London is a beautiful city, it's just a shame that part of it (City of Westminster) is run by Westminster City Council.

historically preserved; that's a joke, look toward Canary Wharf, the Gerkin and the other signs of modern architecture that now blot Londons skyline, even the Natral History museum, one of the most beautiful buildings in Britain has an awful modern extension.
