its basically a high fade mohawk. pinch the monhawk part with a clamp and use either #1 or #2 for the sides and round off the front of the hair. the back is just a mohawk that fades into the #1 or #2. Dont do this though unless ur willing to spend a lot of money to go the the barbershop every week to trim it and fix it.
