Just talking about adding subtitles to a video is no concern to copyright holders. Those who download 100s of videos from the internet are being monitored by their internet carrier who has your name, address and the name of the movies downloaded!:)

no need for the minute and a half tut.

that was helpful...however i use drag and drop...or copy paste the movie file and add " .srt " to the subtitle file and they play automaticly if the movie and the subtitle are in the same file.

However...i have a question if u can help: How to put the subtitles down to the black area of the movie ( on gom player is easy to do that but i haven'n figure that out on vlc, whatever i try they are always on the movie - if u know what i mean ). Thanks in advance :)

an easier way is that u can put the Subtitles file and Movie file in a Same FOLDER ! much easier .OBS subtitle and movie most have the same name .

yes but when i close that file.. U LOSE THE SUBTITLES and u have to do everything the same AGAIN! its not a good use if u want to play on ur DVD in ur home (not on a comp.)!!
