Good example. Even with experience, the same thing happened to me! I was confidently backing up a steep inclined and there was a rock on one side. No time to put it in forward and gas up and you cannot shift your weight when that committed. You can continue backing up over the obstacle but you don't know how big it is so so it's a dangerous guess. Now when backing up a deep inclined I make sure there's no big bumps on one side...
