Why is Museveni asking questions like he's a visitor in Uganda? How idiotic is this guy? Please provide proposals, not blames.....I guess he thinks something is going to fall from Heaven and solve Uganda's problems...
This African President is talking Rubbish, if you are going to depend on the UN to tell you how to roast your coffee and create jobs for you, go back and sleep and dictate. You have to create industries in your country, these bastards spend billions on weapons, corruption and hosting Colonial Europeans (chogm) and cannot set up small industries to employ their people. How about if they set up small coffee processing plants worth $20,000 in areas why Coffee is grown.
Start Farm mechanization. Set up Farming Cooperatives in each district, where each cooperative has access to small tractors. But before that, train technicians to repair the tractors and farming equipment. If you are waiting for the white man to do that for you, I feel so sorry for you. They already don't respect you sir!!! With all that wealth, land minerals, fertile soil, you travel around begging??? No one respects a beggar!!!
this man removed a clause that would limit a presidents governence, he tried to ban multi-partys,and has appointed his family members and friends to top government positions, without any experience other than wanting to fleece the country

Officials at Fort Leavenworth, the US Army Command and General Staff College in Kansas had remained tight-lipped about the identity of one of their graduands. Major Muhoozi Kainerugaba could not conceal his family background — the son of Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the President of Uganda.
Kansas Senator Sam Brownback, who addressed the graduates, said in an interview afterward that Uganda is important for the United States militarily and strategically in the global war on terrorism. Africas the continent in play. The president and Uganda are a key country in this, Brownback said.
Mr. President, my opinion is that in order to effectively reform the UN, its imperative that we REFORM the politics of our country...let the people witness the "fundamental change" you promised them in 1986...let us not be political "careerists".

Mr. museveni you are careerists.
You now want to make a reform in the UN!
who are you mr ?
You can't even solve problems in your own country! you are totally time waster.
Who gave you an invitation to attend UN summit?
Why didn't they give it to Natasha Museveni, and she represent you. he he he..
Cos that's exactely what you want.
you want to govern the country with all your entire family!!
YOU ARE CAREERIST!
