  • Hey Doc!

What kind og heavy bag is the girl using? Brand, model, size? :-)

And how do you fill them? Sand in the bottom and then cut cloth?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Any Thai Bag large size so it can SWING, the swing allows for timed kicks and is a good practice to move with the bag.

Yes, 10 to 30 lbs. of sand at bottom and stuff it with cloth. You will have to stuff it about TWO times before it is good and packed. ;-)

  • Cool thanks for fast reply.

They one the girl is using, what is it like 40 cm x 120cm or what? :-)

  • Yes that is good ... I really do not know but I like a medium heavy bag that moves but is hard as a rock.

  • can u do this without a bag or anything, like just do it without holding on to anything?

  • Sure, just doing movements is all good and the Thai fighters do it a lot because the better your program your movements the easier can can do them in a fight. ;-)
