@MultiBadlife if you make the grudge sounding noise, and add power from your diaphram, you can easily get that raspy noise, its not the best method but once you practice more, you will figure out how to straight use your diaphram, because using your throat is always bad.
@LilDonnie21 oh ok, and um, is it ok to be all day practicing? like just spending the whole day making that grudge sound? or is it bad cuz im just starting?
@MultiBadlife well the grudge noise wont hurt at all, and it really depends, you can practice all day if you can handle it, in most cases, that wont happen to a beginer because they dont know how to do it properly, which causes pain to the throat, so the best thin to do is to stop when your throat starts to hurt, and make sure to keep your throat moist with water, another thing is you can do it quietly throughout the day, it will really help alot when you are practicing like for real.
@LilDonnie21 oh, and um, somedays i just start practicing along with songs and they come out pretty clear but not as loud, and then the next day i try again, and its not clear and i hold a long note and like the raspyness continues on but like it changes into my voice and goes back to raspy sound and it keeps on and the raspyness is kinda weak than the day before or whatever, why is that? it gets me very confused!
