it's a new, younger crew since Kojima really does want to wash his hand of series (or at the very least, hand the reins over to somebody else eventually). Plus it sounds like they want to do something new with regards to how swordplay is handled.

Don't worry...I'm sure we'll here something in the next year or so.  A trailer would be nice.

m8, mgs3 cannot be considered a part of the story , its a prologue, telling the story of big boss, Solid Snake's dad(the real snake)

Metal gear solid is just the best game series out there. Man I almost wanna go get a PS2 again just to play this. The whole love story and setting in this game is really touching and well thought out.

At first, this version of Metal Gear didn't attract me. After not playing it for a year, I finally decided to give it a shot. And to my surprise, one of the greatest games. In my opinion, it beats out the second installment. Great music and characters. The controls, however, were awkward nevertheless great game!
