well I work in customer service business, and I am glad I don't deal with much guest, because I work up in Projection. sometimes I find some guest can be little rude after they waited in concession for 15 mins on a really business night. So thats why I basically prefer working upstairs in projection no guest to deal with and I can listen to music and go at my own speed, while starting movies on time and I have a threading time of 3 mins which is good time.
