@GureckEntertainment sir it will always do this no matter what. you just have to take that huge file, put it into an editing program like Sony Vegas, render it out and the file size will dramatically go down. :)
@monkeyman2547 Have TF2 running in a window at size 1280 x 720 (or close to it), and the Fraps Setting: In the Movies Section of Fraps, have the video capture at 30 FPS and Full Size. Thats it.
Everytime I record my screen, it like pops out a huge video size!
