Hi Betty! New to your show and love it! The quick tip that you do for softening the brown sugar (2:17) you look like Betty Draper (January Jones) on AMC's Mad Men! You really do resemble her! I liked your Salsa Verde Chicken Enchilada Recipe. I live in NM so we have 'New Mexican' food here. Chicken (or beef) Enchiladas are a staple here, but are usually made w/corn tortillas. They're great if you soften them in a little Hot Oil (using tongs), then fill, roll, cover w sauce and cheese and bake

Consider posting a few videos per month (maybe one per week) versus trying to post daily videos...It will help you stay fresh so they every video top quality, and may prevent burnout. Check out the Cheftips channel on Youtube. He is posting about one high quality video per month and has a very large following.
