After a valiant 2-year battle, Michelle passed away on July 25, 2009. She is missed by her family and friends everyday. To the other cancer patients out there: Do not lose hope. Every patient is different and there have been many success stories.

By the way my wife has been diagnosed of AML 3 days ago (january 27, 2010, worst day of my life) so I also need all the support i can get also. I believe that AML can be cured positively and just trust in God.

Hi Michelle. I was diagnosed with AML also near the end of october. i've been thru 3 rounds of chemo. They are going to test my siblings to see if any of them are a bone marrow match on Feb 9th or 10th. I was doing research & came across your video. How are you doing now? Did you get a donor. Great you have a project..My wife was diagnoised with AML 2-07-she had a BMT 6 months ago.she has AML-M4.She is 36 years old.prognosis is Great.They gave her 30% chance survival before..now 70% chance.University of Nebraska.Lied Transplant Center. My wife is not a project.she is real life.

Hey, I want to convince many orgs to help set up drives too, including my own temple. I was wondering if you can possibly set up an informational video about project-michelle so I can show the people running these orgs. In addition to the website, I think a video like that would help pursuade more people set up more drives or register. Thanks!
