Also, there were not any tabs in the 70's. I did it with a turntable set on 16 which is close to half a 33 album. Today it's surprising to see all the Tabs and see how close I was. You also have fantastic software to help. Have fun and disturb the neighbors!

This is not that complicated to pull off. Page plays it basically the same way. Tabs you have to be careful about. I've played guitar since 1975 and some tabs are like perfect and others or in the wrong position and just flat wrong. And to boot, some of the great have showed us what they are doing! Eric, Jimmy, Toni Iommi, and others. I just wish they would of did that about 30 years ago.

Well I'd like to think there's no rules, and if it works for you then fine. I certainly bring te thumb over for some playing, especially Hendrix, SRV, ZZTop. But if that's how you play 'everything' you'll be restricted in what you're able to play - and yes get that little finger working too...
