Would love to buy this book..where can I buy it? I was a professional football player and NCAA wrestling champion and after all that was gone I stop eating proper and have gained to much weight.
This guy is right. I eat in the region of 3000 calories a day and still lose body fat. You have to avoid carbs (and all other sugars) and most processed food. Once you've stablized your blood sugar (and insulin), the fat melts away, blood pressure improves, cholesterol improves. As for exercising less, also true. A stress hormone called cortisol is released if we over do it (and when we don't sleep enough) and this also helps us gain weight in a similar way insulin does! It's 99% diet!
Isn't the fact of fat loss the burning of all the dirty food we ingest these days. Rip away all the junk food (and there is quite a lot !) and we should find ourselves in a so much better health than we think we would otherwise.... Quality food and quality eating certainly IS the message in your video... And this is a message that is taking people by storm today. We are just sick and tired of eating the same things (the shit food/ junk food that is..) over and over again...
Key to ANYITHING regarding your wieght: The First Law Of Termodynamics: Energy cannot be created or destroyed. In other words what your put in to your body your will have to burn "out". Eat less then your move, Its... that... simple. Dont pay anyone anything, just move your ass and eat a little less.
@stallionstunna42 Thank you. I would have to say that what I wrote is an oversimplification :) But, so is the article about the laws of thermodynamics on the TSSS website. Only eating less and not moving will ofc reduce your muscle mass (as tested on astronauts I think?), but eating less AND exercising more will burn fat.
i eat every 3 hrs on only meat&veg, i eat as soon as i wake up to get my metabolism going (a small bowl of complex carb cereal), drink herbal tea throughout the day&cut out juices. if i want juice, i eat fruit!i do minimal exercise; just walking instead of taking transport everywhere. over-exercising makes your body store fat.cut out fatty carbs, eat consistently & walk just a little more to lose weight. i've already lost 5 pounds in a week; gone from a UK size 12 to size 8/10 in a WEEK. Try it!

You'll do better to read about Vilhjalmur Steffanson. He and his friend ate ONLY meat for an entire year in an experiment back in the 30s. They were fine until the doctors asked them to eat only lean meat. They got sick; their health recovered when they went back to eating fatty meat. Early explorers called this rabbit sickness.
Also read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, and there's a Weston Price website. Free!
I'm intrigued. It seems backwards, but it would explain why my scale often did the opposite of what I thought it would do....I want to check this out.
