Looks really childish. They say everything they are about to do, race weirdly for stuff, fight for a knockout, but for some reason, in rounds, technically, shadow could fly the whole thing with chaos control, they talk even as they compete, just to brag or yell how they're screwed...

Why can't SEGA improve?

No, SA1 and 2 were good, so were Sonic Heroes, Sonic Riders (NOT SR Zero Gravity) and Shadow the Hedgehog. The other 3d Sonic games are unbelievably dumb scripted, carry bad concepts, illogical events, ruination of the characters' affinity and less fun bonuses, with even worse rewards for the best grades.

Zero Gravity is broken to Sonic Riders 1 all the charaters act the same now and the story makes less sence. there are only 3 sonic games to have been rated E10 and even then there stil somewhat childish.

Zero Gravity is actually worse- instead of racing, they "run away" from robots most of the times (in circles...), they skate when they have an option to run, unlike in the first game, where it was officially races. The controls are horrible, the "gravity points" method is really bad, there is not even logic in using boards when you don't use their air, much less the whole story which got dumber, again they involve strange gods and stupid myths... Overall a bad game...

No, my apologies for the last part- I meant only the Nintendo Sonic games. I don't have Sonic 06, so I can't state any opinion over it, but it seemed nice.

I just wish they'd stop making Sonic games that take his style away.Sonic wouldn't usually fight for weird fairy tales (at least not sacrifice himself just to fight and kill someone else- those rings turned him into an Islamic terrorist o_o), carry weird accessories, prove his speed against stupid birds... or Mario.. and so on.

@Shadowthedgehog1 Well I guess you are right in a sense because Secret Rings wasn't very good, but I didn't mind the story to it. 06 isn't a total train wreck like everyone says, sure it has its flaws, but theres a reason for that. It has amazing music and graphics I think. I guess games like this are okay for spin offs, as long as they aren't the main series. Think of it this way, it's Sega doing that to Sonic at the end of the day lol

the sad thing was that they went on with worst histories in subsequent games

even shadow the hedgehog the only one that had potential was filled with plotholes

AND when finally a sonic game with a promising history was created it was ruined by a crappy gameplay (yes im talking about sonic '06)
