And the food they ate took lots of energy to collect, and the food was not nearly as high in fats and carbohydrates as it is now. The bush men did not have cancer? Why do you think carnivores colons are so short? because they digest meats. Ours are long and we should be eating what is meationed above.

Fiber in big ammount is not good! It Can get Stucked in Your Bowels and It Make Your Intestine Lazy!! We have a system that moves food down the bowel But if u eat loads of fiber it thinks its being made redandand!! Barry Grooves explains pretty well on his wesite!!

It was a disaster; they could not physically chew through all of the food each day. I don't think the 12lbs of food a day number is accurate. Also, you recommend eating flax, but as a guy I'm trying to stay away from phytoestrogens.
@sfuchs You can get fish oil that's completely free of heavy metals (independent lab tested every year). Nordic Naturals and Carlson's are two brands that I know of and aren't much more expensive than the mercury filled anchovy oil you buy at the supermarket. Health food stores and fancier grocery stores have them almost always.

I prefer to add toasted wheat germ to the chocolate chip cookies I bake.

You can get Konnyaku in Japanese food stores, it looks jellyish and is very cheap!
