i cried so hard during this scene. i was trying to cry as silently as possible thru the whole movie, but here, i couldne take it anymore lol i let out this huge gasp and just sobbed. yes, i did get weird looks from everyone in the movie theatre haha

@LinxiCamellia That scene was utterly UNFORGETABLE! i went to the theater in august to see it and i almost cried at it. i didnt see any of the movies till this year and i kinda wished i watched it from the beginning but i can now say that Harry Potter is one of the Greatest Film Franchises in Cinema History and the BEST Children to young adult book/movie series EVER.

This song perfectly sums up the feeling you get when the story is over..It's so bittersweet, but in an insanely beautiful way. Brings such a magical, wonderful feeling. Just like the series and now movies have to so many :')

i can't believe its all over. this was my childhood. read the first book at 6, saw the first movie at 9. and now, nearly 20 and i have no problem in saying that i bawled my eyes out during DH2. i can't wait to read harry potter to my children one day and hope that they take something from it. i know that i have.

I want this played at my funeral, because to me, death is only a new beginning. Harry Potter was, and IS, a major part of my childhood and life that, although ended, will forever remain in my heart. I want people to see how important it is to me, and how magical it made my childhood. Besides, even in death, like J.K. Rowling said.. "..Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home."

Alexandre Desplat deserves an Academy Award for this score or at least a nomination. He did a great job, Lily's Theme is breathtaking. Makes me feel bad for not reading the books.

This is so pretty but... no Hedwig's theme? D= You'd think the very last thing we hear from the Potter series would be just that, Hedwig's theme. I was so expecting to hear it at the end of this but oh well. I'll just have to imagine "Leaving Hogwarts" playing when viewing this scene, as it was what had played in my head the first time reading the Epilogue way back when. =]

Thanks for uploading these by the way. Such a wonderful soundtrack. I'll have to buy it the day it comes out.

@doggieyo i think this is the scene when theyre sitting on the vladuct and harry snaps the elder wand, ive heard leaving hogwarts is in it, and maybe its not on the soundtrack cause they want it to be a surprise.
