i was at the reading show shepster mentions, they only played one or two of the songs off St anger, the rest was all classics. They new what the fans wanted and they gave it to us, i also recall them playing for an hour longer than scheduled.

I've been listening to Metallica since Kill Em All and I personally feel that Master of Puppets is the greatest metal album of all time. I take nothing away from their past in regards to influencing other bands like Testament. But the bottom line is Metallica lost their edge way back. I actually like DM believe it or not. Their best since And Justice. BUT BUT BUT it feels recycled to ME. DM is not as goos as the new Testament record...PERIOD. Have you even heard Formation??
