You based that entirely on opinion, and not on fact. Cutler certainly has better mobility than Rodgers and Cutler's attitude is number one in the NFL, so it can't be matched. Plus, the Bears are probably the more accomplished franchise.
I'm not so sure of that statement. Although Rodger's rushing stats do favor him over Cutler, I think that Cutler is a good runner and certainly a better scrambling quarterback than Rodgers, judging by the amount of time Cutler spends outside of the pocket. I'd also give Cutler toughness over Rodgers. It's what he's famous for.

Also, more than half have come with the Bears with 4 touchdowns. Although 98.4 is the highest, he probably won't hold it forever. Both quarterbacks should graduate with 90 ratings.
As well as Cutler's 6 four touchdown games, 6 400 yard games, as well as a respectable 84 passer rating... not to mention his division championship: something that Rodgers oddly doesn't have.
