Janette, congratulations! Keep at it.....I quit smoking 30 years ago, and used to smoke 2 packs a day. This was the best thing I ever did. Today, I jog, power-walk,

etc, and life is good. I cannot imagine how my life would have been had I not quit, but I'm pretty sure that I would be dead today.

@aspiceno Thanks for sharing your story. Jeannette has now been quit for about two years now.

I have another lady that has stayed quit with our help for over a year and wants to share her horror story after taking Varenicline or better known as Champix.

Sometimes I wonder if the medical profession, the NHS and the drug industry are living on the same planet as the rest of us? Is greed and ignorance the only language they understand? Their motto is simple - let's kill them for their own good.
