I had never heard Grace sing with Great Society before. This is a wonderful song, its notes bending wildly this way and that, expressing her belief in the magic of living that she had when her world was still new...

This isn't Joan Baaz, the first female singer for White Rabbit. Her daughter is Debbie Winger. But,this doesn't sound like Michelle Weitz nor Grace Slick 2 not to be confused with Grace Slick 3 who tried to break into the White House. The sound initially sounded like Kate Nash. Which would make it 1974
You got a lot of "thumbs down" for your comments, so I wondered if you know why? The singer is Grace Slick, with a band called The Great Society, before she joined Jefferson Airplane as lead vocalist. Grace attended the same college as Richard Nixon's daughter did, and was invited to the White House for tea, but was not let in once she arrived. Grace composed and sang White Rabbit without ever involving Joan Baez. Hope this information helps.
All too great!

Lyrics are fantastic. Vocal delivery is amazing. Wish I could have seen this show live in SF circa 1967...
"...and I won't be through with him, until he says like a raven..."
brilliant ending.

I think she's playing the second guitar part.
makes you wish she hadn't given up playing on stage.
