@djvreturnsxD well if you have the Golden Armor, you can double air-dash from wall to wall and keep staying above him, shooting a maxed charge shot before he jumps to the other side, headbutting your shot in the process. only too easy to evade his shots like that. my problem is with the second form however... was way too easy with Zero's Beam Sabre, but without it.. bleh...

Wow, I've believed myself the absolute master of this game for several years (having finished it several times, being capable of beating it in a few hours, knowing precisely how many buster shots every enemy takes, the location of every upgrade, etc) and I've never known that the charged S Blade does THAT much damage to Sigma. How weird. I always did consider that the most useless weapon in this game....

When I saw X say "Damn" in X1 (Collection version only), X3, and X4 (Zero and Double too), I was very shocked and upset. I don't understand why these were allowed under the game's ESRB ratings (all console versions with those profane instances). The same happened with Bass in Mega Man 7 and Gauss in Mega Man: Battle Network 4.

In the game Donkey Kong 64, during Chunky Kong's part in the intro (AKA DK Rap), the artist said the word "Hell". That really made my day, and this instance was also allowed under the game's ESRB rating. In Super Smash Bros. Melee, that word was censored and replaced with "heck".

Mega Man X1 depicted blood flowing out of Zero's mouth after Vile was defeated and X4 showed blood near the end of Zero's introduction and Double's rampage before cutscene that happens before X fights colonel for the second time. That's not right! Machines aren't supposed to have blood!

Pretty difficult, though I think the first form is more difficult than the second, the seconds is more of finding "WHERE THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO HIT HIM!!?!?!?!" and once you figure it out it's more of endurance.

Though it's still a pretty good boss fight. IMO better than X2's final.

Hey I am doing a Mega man X marathon as a warm up (and just for the fun of it) to the Mega Man Zero collection. Today I just beat Kaiser Sigma (without Z-saber) and man that was an epicly hard final boss fight, the way a game should end damn it!!! You really do get a real sense of achievement for beating the guy that you don't get in todays games.

No kiddin. The first form was bad enough. But when I tried beatin down his next form, I died like seven or so times before I discovered his weak point. Then after I finally killed the bastard, he makes lava flows up and I die instantly. I was so pissed off, I slammed my joystick on the ground and stomped it. I beat it eventually, but it was hell to beat that again.
