Jason and Mastaashd, You both make good points but I think the reality is that both of the southern and northern govts are there for the sake of having a govt, not to bring any significatn change to the country. They might pretend to follow the CPA but for as long as they go by the book, nothing will get accomplshed,,,there are just too many loopholes they can use to get around their respnosibilities,,,we need govts that will go the extra mile, not just by the book, for the betterment of sudan..
