Respectfully, a lot of standing around with charged lines. The 1 3/4 lines and may have been enough in the beginning but that quickly changed. 3" supply for a commercial building? Master streams should have been used a lot earlier. Just me the arm chair quarterback

Saw a lot of ffs walking through the smoke without being on air. Lot of black smoke and coming out of the building.
