Well, I'm a Filipino and I don't see anything wrong with this video. But you really can't expect to satisfy everyone. Especially here in youtube where people seem to enjoy bashing other people's video. I mean c'mon, if she added american music in here, would that become an issue as well? it's obviously not the music that some people here hate. but that's another topic.

Yes, you are right, I can't make everyone happy. If I didn't like it here I wouldn't invite family to visit and if I wasn't proud of how beautiful the country is I wouldn't bother making a video. I am just shocked about how hostile and narrow minded some of the viewers are. I am planning on a new vid, any music suggestions? :-)

Taal is a great place to take visitors, it's not too far from Manila and the view is beautiful! Also I recommend all new expats to the Philippines to go see this location.:-)

I'm brazilian but lived most of my adult life in the USA, and now here for almost 2 years. People may think I'm american, but I come from a country with a lot of similarities to the Philippines. And I don't get offended when people assume we speak spanish in Brazil :-))))) The truth is we are all people trying to be happy, sharing the same planet!

Men...you can't really satisfy them! Instead of looking for faults, why don't you look at the good things that this vid shows? It doesn't matter even if the music is different, what matters is it shows off the beauty of the country. If you are a Filipino, don't you event take pride that another culture appreciates yours? I feel the controversy about the music is more out of prejudice than anything else. It's an indian song, I think it's exotic and catchy. Some have argued that it's misleading to use a song that is not Filipino, however I've used american and brazilian songs in my other videos of the Philippines and nobody had a comment about the song at all!

What's with the Indian song?? BTW, don't ever buy something in tourist spots. Prankly speaking, the products that you can buy from tourist spots like, Boracay, Baguio, Subic, etc. are so so so expensive. It's like it has, uhm.. I think tripled price?? Coz if you'll just buy it from common stores, its totally affordable. The owners of some stores are taking opportunity with tourists. Straw Hats that costs 100-150? or sometimes 200??Shit..

yah i dont know why indian :). by the way are you american or british? you should go to tagaytay its 3 hours drive from manila. and el nido in palawan if you have a budget :). bohol is a very nice place too. in 2015 we might have bagong nayong pilipino tourism city.

I've been to Tagaytay a few times, maybe I will add the pics to my next project. It was beautiful to see and a lot of fun to hike the Taal trail. Palawan is on the plans for the near future. The problem is I just keep going back to Boracay.... LOVE THAT PLACE!!!!!
