I live in this wonderful community & the Pigs are all scumbags. Considering that many of you wrote your comments recently & this took place almost 2 years ago, I guess you did NOT read the newspaper report about it. This victim of Pig Brutality was being SET FREE. The Pig took the cuffs OFF him. He was RELEASED. His friend & lawyer was standing off camera. The Victim was released & was trying to zip his jacket up but Officer Krupkee didn't like that because he didn't say "Mother may I?"
To the untrained eye this may look like excessive force.(It's not.) It's force necessary to overcome the non-compliant behavior. If you believe that one still has a free will to behave any which way one feels appropriate after being arrested and taken in for processing.. you're pretty stupid.. no.. wait... you may have a chromosome deficiency or abnormality. When you're arrested and under police custody, you lose control. End of story. Exhibiting behavior like this guy's is futile. So Lawyer UP!
A person can be searched as many times as he wants... Just because you tricked the cop once doesn't mean you're home free... He most certainly had something in his hand and/or was pulling something out of his pocket right before the cop grabbed him...
Anything after that you can not make a judgement call since you have no idea how he was moving against them in this footage
He tried to search his undergarments more than once demanded to search again before the guy buttoned up so the guy lunged at him gaining footing on the officer which in turn provoked the altercation. It's called overrreacting on both sides.

I worked with the weezle who threw the punches.. "punch um and kick um while there cuffed weezle" he couldn't punch himself out of a paper bag! Real POS ! When your restraining someone under arrest that's what you do "RESTRAIN THEM" not beat them at the same time! I'm in no way for unessacary use of force! He was un handcuffed and apperently not obeyubg the commands of the officers, If he didnt make that sudden jerking movement he problem wouldnt have had force used, and also he wrestling with them, why else would it take 3 of them to bring him down.

So an officer must expect some verbal taunts by a subject. It comes with the territory. Officers cannot allow a subjects taunts to lead him or her into a physical altercation. The only reason another full search would be necessary would be if officers believed Legette had contraband hidden on his person, but if that were the case they should worry about how he got it in the building in the first place.
Wow seriously you must not know how the system works. They serch the subject in the field for weapons and contraband. Then when the person in takin into the jail they are searched again to make sure there is nothing they missed. That is procedure for every city that i know of. If they find drugs or weapons on the person then no matter what it is its a felony once they are in the jail facility. Thats the law thats how it is so why dont you stop your school girl bitchin already.

As he was exiting, they broke protocol & tried to search him again, When the cop said take off your jacket, he did the opposite, he tried to zip it up.
