Well actually about one or two frames (depending on how fast your stickmen is supposed to move according to you) before landing you should make him stretch his legs a little so he won'take the full blast from the landing, espacially when landing from quite a height. but other then that, pretty cool tutorial.

p.s:

Do you have an own stick? Would've been cool to see him do the flip if you do :D

First of all, I HIGHLY recommend you to set the frame rate to 20. It makes the entire animation smoother, not too fast, or not to slow, thats a lot of people's problems, making it too slow. Second, whats the name of that song? it kicks muthafukin azz

Not bad. To be honest, this is the "least bad" pivot tutorial I've seen so far. You could make this look twice as realistic by raising the arms into the jump. Other than that, it's all good.
