2:20 This was extremely poor technique from Rosi Sexton. It is not so much a throw (which requires taking balance) as using her entire body as weapon. From behind, Sexton launches herself into the air directly onto Tomomi's calf, landing with her upper thigh on it. Because Sexton is holding onto Tomomi's hips, she is unable to fall forward to save her leg. So, Tomomi ends up toppling backwards while Sexton's body is still travelling forwards, thus shearing the ankle in half.

thats painfull, I broke my leg the same and it really hurts. I think its one of the most painfull injuries u can take, the pain shocks u on a couple of mins though.

F*ck, that looks agonizing. I'm reminded of the crack I heard when mine broke in 2007. I know it bloody hurts like hell to break a bone. I remember it like it was yesterday. The nurse started doping me up with morphine and told me to tell her when the pain was going away. I kept my mouth shut the whole time and let her give me the maximum dose. Lol. But f*cking hell, that girl would've needed surgery to fix that. Let's hope they gave her quick relief. =o*

jesus christ my sister told me to watch this as her boyfriend trains at the same gym where rosie sexton trained, she said the fight was brutal and the way tomomi breaks her ankle was horrible, but my god i never realised it was this bad.
