you guys are using a ridiculous amount .. course its tear gas.... ude wanna mince that up fine and put like half pepper max per burger then it would just be hot and not burning
well they were grilled and it released something like teargas into the air that made everyone cough. Next time I guess I'll try to keep the seeds in. When I eat jalapenos I pull the seeds out too. I've eaten those seeds in and didn't find them any hotter. Maybe habaneros are different.

you removed the seeds i see, you also removed most of the insides,
you reduced the hotness of the peppers by about 80%. ;D
