@EbonyDollable You may be in luck. Many of their (traditional) desserts do not have dairy in them. The Matcha cake I'm making currently has no dairy in it, only 4 eggs. Besides that, there are usually lots of fruit involved. My favorite Japanese dessert is the Ichigo Daifuku, which doesn't even have egg in it. The only ingredients are rice, sweet red bean paste, and strawberries (though other fruit could be substituted).

So, don't loose hope! There are many delicious options waiting for you!
