Beautiful video from the beloved sekota Ethiopia. I was there a few weeks ago. I took a short car trip from Lalibela to Sokota. The people there look even more beautiful than on film, let me tell you.
im always fascinated by the rich and diverse culture of ethiopia, really true and authentic.i m from eritrea my ethinic group called belin(keren city) i can understand some word fro this longuage as belin people migrate from ethiopia long time ago keep going and good luck
@abdujemie1 That is very interesting that you listen the language of Agew from Sekota while you are from Bilen. I am Agew but i don't speak any of the languages. God bless you.
Do you know what Keren means? It means Crossing something like a river. I heard of this meaning from my mother.
Absolute traditional.... no chirography and informal dance but very attractive see how beautiful they are.... these are the clips that represent our tradition just direct from the owner with out mixing with others.... love this one
agewes specially the wagshums are the one which has given thier power peacfully to the solomonic dynasty .The only peacful power transfer has been done by the wagshumes . they rulled ethiopia for 300 years . by the way atse tekelegirorgis of lasta ,sekot ,agew was an emperor of ethiopia after atse tewodros.
thanks for posting this fantastoc melody. I am from Amdework, Dehana and it makes me thrilled to see my fellow Wagians enjoying themselves. I am immensely loving it. I have been telling my friends that Seqota is a center of beautifull people and this is the proof.
