i work at a sushi bar and i cant get enough of the stuff lol :p i like to make my own rolls all the time ...after placing the rice i add fried shrimp avacado cream cheese jalapeno and cucumber...roll it up then mash the imitation crab and place it on top of the roll then i add eel sauce spicy mayo and sesame seeds then i finish it off with fried crunchy onion...enjoy :)
