  • That one looks like it might be better then the one in Florida. We don't have water world or far far away. =(

  • @shavaughn1980

really?....that's how it makes the difference I think.

  • Why does it look like theres hardly anyone there? Like, the rides are empty... is it like this all the time?

  • @TheBettyboopster

of course not, this is a sneak preview for those who wanted the first hand experienced.

the sneak preview period lasted for 1 week only without any rides allowed.

  • the officer in universal studio is friendly and welcome, they always smile to the visitor. but unfortunately the society in singapore are arrogant. i hate them ..

  • i am from malaysia.how much to inside this .?Look nice.

  • I missed this place! huhuhu

  • After watching this I have the urge to go the on my holiday....Will be going to Singapore again this year...

  • 3:07; Doesn't quite fit Egypt's true environment, but goes pretty well.

  • To: People all over the world/ Singapore is trying to stop the shipping of the dolphins to the aquarium in RWS. All of this RWS and Universal Studios are mostly handled by RWS Genting. Please do not hold it against singapore. On the newspaper, I think the boss or something is making stupid excuses from stopping the shipping of the poor dolphins. Just letting u know, it's Genting's fault not ours.Spread the word to other viewers of YouTube and thx! :)

  • @SuperFsxpilot. Orlando is definitely better! However, Singapore is too small to have such a big themepark but people still like it here! Anyway singapore has already done its best to attract more tourists so hope it helps you! B.T.W i havent been to any Universal Studios in my life before so luckily, my country, SINGAPORE, has one so I really enjoyed it last November! :D

  • Hey people! Do not listen to butterflye2020. He is BARBARIC himself! Most of you have seen Singapore before and came to Universal Studios before right? U have seen that we are friendly so that you would come again! If you see this butterfly guy posting bad stuff about Singapore in YouTube, u will know this guy is a BIG HUGE LIAR!! He keeps copying and paste the same comments in almost EVERY UNIVERSAL STUDIOS video . He is retarded. COME BACK TO SINGAPORE! :)

  • Hello me and my frend wanted to ask you if you think the Universal in Singapore is fun and is it worth it. Thanks

  • @TheBlacky228

Yes....I can say 100% worth and lots of fun too, enjoy!!!

  • This is very well themed and beautiful but in watching this I realized the one thing Universal doesnt do, that disney does. The themed areas leave little room for expansion or additions to the area based on that theme. I mean Madagascar?? REALLY?? And as much as I love the Mummy movies there isnt enough there to be more than the one attraction with a shop. The themes need to be broader. IOA here in Orlando kind of gets that, but even there, space wise, they had to loose things to add HP.

  • omg that dinosaur is real?

  • Oh God 5:40 The dancing of the shrek plushies I find so amusing. I dont know why

  • I only ride the Revenge of the Muumy

  • Thats ALOT of singlish in 8 min

  • singaporean are proud of foreign stuff nothing in singapore is indigenous, they like western foreigner stuff

  • The madagascar crate rider going to be rollar coaster if im right.the boat will be using as a rollar coaster inside..

  • 4:29

  • 4:31

  • America influences everything ..... I felt like I was in the States .... there didn't seem to be any of the country's influence in the park. Unless I missed something .. which is likely.

  • Hello, I went there twice & it was very fantastic, you'll should go there & see the adventures & rides there too. Thanks for everything.

  • i would love to go there just to check it out. I've only been to the one in hollywood

  • I took picture with Frankenstein . Frankenstein hand was soooo sticky .. ate at the cafe bakery . Nice food ..

  • I certainly think that Michael Jackson would bring his kids here if he wasn't dead :( Sadddddddd.

  • wich better, singapore or orlando?

  • @SuperFsxpilot lol orland have 2 parc keach 1 is 2x bigger then this and you still asking...

  • @thepascalhouston i thought its much bigger than orlando,nevermind

  • @SuperFsxpilot of corse not evry parck have there bigeste them parck in orlando

  • ~ emm , battlestar galactica is in sci-fi city .

  • somehow i feel, both HK and SG being fooled by american dudes..

  • @kimononvidia

Yep, more American Con-jobs and PONZY schemes on the way!

  • @kimononvidia

    Stay in touch

  • @yaplonglong cool

  • @kimononvidia - I was trying to attach a VID of the US heli-pilots shooting innocent civilians in Irag, but I couldn't do it.

Go to Youtube - ALJazeeraEnglish - look up a VID called WikiLeaks video posted about 1 day ago. You'll be horrified - spread the VID.

  • @kimononvidia

you are jealous because you dont have anything in malaysia... hahaaa

  • Cool!

  • we're going there sooner this summer. weeee

  • hi what video cam you use?

  • @MrImanDaniel

I'm using Sony Handycam (mini DV tape) model DCR-HC46

    come with wide LCD.

  • i'm going there!

  • seriously i think it would be great if singapore made this attraction eco friendly like the lamp post use solar power to operate them at night etc. that would have been great

  • its not open at night i think

  • @jeremylim123 Erm you need alot of storing space then... theres no sun at night...

  • Singapore got conned into building this giant monster, as did Hong Kong by Disney Land. They are both doomed to lose billions -sorry to say. I wouldn`t go to Hong Kong because of Disneyland and for that matter to Singapore for Universal Studios.

  • @yaplonglong you're damn rite!!!

  • hi,

me and 2 of my other friends are really interested about working in USS as a ride attendant.

besides the internet, is there any other way we could sign up for it?

maybe a contact num wud be helpful?

thx, we're seriously looking forward for this exciting job. =D

  • @RavenousAttenza

There's no other way, except thru its website (USS)

to sign up for jobs. Good luck.

  • @Kelvinchoochoo

So enjoy it, when you are in Singapore, Cheers!

  • Seems like Hong Kong is jealous of this attraction in Singapore..

  • @xSsasinCross

I don't think so, Disneyland and Universal Studios are two difference kinds and concepts.

Hong Kong is proud to have Disneyland and so as Singapore with USS. Cheers!

  • @mikeleekokhuat but disney land is in truble finaciall

  • @xSsasinCross Yup and we have Ocean Park (Chinese are good at spelling too!)

  • It seems great and all. I mean, I would love to visit this theme park though I'm gonna be comparing to the other ones I've been to. Caly and USJ in Japan was great, of course tokyo's disneyland was superb too.

I'm just hoping it will be different from what I'm expecting (not too much integrated singaporean styles, instead an international image that appeals to everyone would be better)

  • I mean, the end of the video shows a dragon dance, i hate that and it shouldn't be in an international theme park like Universal Studios. (though that dragon dance might be because of its soft opening).

However, this theme park is for us to escape into a world which we've never seen before, thus everything should originate from movies or films, not from singapore's traditions.

'nough said. I'm looking forward to step foot into this theme park.

  • @BearbrickUNBOX

The dancing dragon is celebrating the CNY coincide with the soft launch period,

USS is a total "American", there's no (Singapore's style or colours) are added so to maintain its origin and standard as a world class theme park

Hopefully you'll enjoy as much as you did in USA and USJ. Cheers!

  • That is great to have some reassurance!

  • looks a lot better then Disney's Crapifornia Adventure.

Why did they decide to build a Waterworld Show when the Movie was a huge flop?

  • Easy answer, the show itself has been a huge hit at all its parks. I seen it a few times in Hollywood and also in Osaka and audiences seem to love it still and its been part of the parks well over a decade now.

  • @fctiger74 I've seen the show at USH too. It was okay, but not fantastic. My point is they can theme the Stunt show to ANY movie, including a more successful movie, so why keep the Waterworld theme?

  • Great video 5/5 , I cant wait to visit the park

  • 7:00 Dreamgirls AND Hairspray! I'm sold.

  • Great vid! So are any of the rides open?

  • No rides for this S$10 preview period(14th to 21st Feb 2010).

Official opening on early March 2010.

  • Great vids. Was Universal really cramped. Someone told me it felt cramped and small.

  • It's spacious, not cramped and as for size compare to the USA.....yes, it's small, cos' no adventure rides at all.

  • OMG!! It's so much FUN!! Can't wait to go :P thanks for posting this.

  • video is not working

  • Sorry, do you mean totally no video or video keep buffering while you are viewing?

Frankly, it's ok on my side.

  • Dw worry it was a glitch i got it working now.

  • Great! thanks
