Is it me or does Mudvayne's mainstream rock radio hit "Happy" sound a lot like this classic?!! Dave & Megadeth should sue Mudvayne for ripping off this song to make their own hit!!!

I tried to get the rock station in my hometown to play this song & they kept resisting or refusing. Yet they'd play Mudvayne's "Happy" which to me is just a blatant ripoff of this song!!!

Metallica fan boys just be quiet. Both metallica and megadeth are great bands (megadeth is better.) And you can't honestly say that you wouldn't be pissed off if your band mates kicked you out of the band and then put your music on their album. If Mustaine hadn't written material for Kill Em' All, Metallica wouldn't have made it big and they would probably be underground or non-existent.

well actually if you knew any thing, dave mustaine did right most of kill em all, kirk hammett had just modified it and made it better, instead of the SAME solos played differently every time. perfect example: the four hoursemen( mecanix) he made it slower, and put in a melodic section. that takes talent to do that(i've tried) so yeah. both great bands, besides that, the only people who still bitch about it are fans, not the bands. get over your selves.
