You sreggin can think what you want, Breathe is one of my favorite Tech songs, but it definitely isn't his fastest. That would probably be speed of sound or the first verse of Psycho Bitch II, while Break ya Neck is the fastest Busta song I know of. Overall, by speed and diction of the flow along with the complexity and meaning of the songs, Tech is definitely better.
