hahah guys this is my brother playing the drums, and as a joke, naturally i just try to blow up his spot and be totally arrogant in the way I talk. But in seriousness, my brother is a well respected musician at his school and he's not really cocky like that but im just tryin to be funny lol. Keep watching and thanks for the comments! :P
It's about fucking time I heard a good Sonor on youtube (other than known artists). I've been searching for videos to hear something half as good, thanks for the post. I have a Sonor Force 2003 and every Sonor, including the higher quality models, sound like ass on here. Makes me so angry! ERRR!! :-p
i found it on the street in a box. i didnt really know what it was but I took it. I opened it up.. and KABLAM! SONOR! it was pretty sick. i can give u the address of the same street if u want.
maple can be for nay style but its favored by many metal drumsover all maple amplifies the sound beauifly plus tama which i use has a drumset combined of maple and bubinga which is amazing it explodes with excellent tone and attack which they are known for check em out cheers brother
Great hands and use of rudiments bro. Have SF3005 set. Like the way you've tuned your snare...what have you done to get that sound? Any specific tensioning techniques?
Yes. I actually replaced the stock head for it was denting too quickly cuz of my marching strokes. I put on an evans hydraulic head. changed the hardware to pearl marching hardware to crank it to the max. then as you know. since im sick as all hell, I added some of my flavor to this bitch. and BAM!! SUPER SNARE! cheers kiddo.
nice dude...just alil constructive critism...work on clean up ya stuff...make it clearer...you can do this by practing slow for muscle memory this way when you speed up ya body already knows what to do with out thinking which will prevent unwanted strokes and will give you a clearer sound...
hey man...Really liked how your left hand works, but have you ever considered changing the angel of your crash? I don't think that with this angel right now you get the great sound of Sabian AAX quite yet.Anyway..it's up to you, but still: Nice work:)
lol. this is the guy in the video's older brother. im the one whos makin the replies to everyone. Im just messin around. he's not full of himself at all. neither am i. i mean i dunno if u dont notice the other replies. they're all the SAME lol.
sonor 3007 is way cheaper i think.. for maple anyways, plus you have more configuration options, and pretty much pro hardware (rotating hi-hat stand!)
i have the same drum set with 4 toms and 22"bass .....i'm not sure, but i think you can get a much better sound from this set....maybe your camera is shit but good choice....great drum set
The drums sound amazing in a smaller room. You have to take into consideration where the drums were when this video was filmed. It is a fusion drum set on a big stage, so it really doesn't do justice to the sound of the toms.
damn....asian again ! :p
