I had the D&D and it was to fragile for the cost. It did perform very nice and had the sound quality I am sure your looking for. After It came apart in the back several times I finally ordered the Jardine RTOne. I have had great results and it came with all the brackets needed to install. It took me about 35-40 mins to remove my old D&D/factory mod and install the Jardine. It sounds great and performs like it should for about the same price but is much much sturdier. With the HD, you'll enjoy .
